firejl Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and firejl ("firejl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the firejl website located at firejl.run and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a firejl account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through firejl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the firejl Platform and close your account. firejl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain a firejl account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations, firejl strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old. firejl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of firejl is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from firejl or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily or by firejl's decision.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of firejl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

To access the full range of firejl services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all firejl accounts:

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) firejl account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. firejl employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, firejl reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from the duplicate account.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. firejl is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC). firejl is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. firejl may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your firejl login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. firejl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify firejl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your firejl account at any time by contacting customer support. firejl reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where firejl suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

4.1 Deposits. firejl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. firejl does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits are generally credited to your firejl account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. firejl aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three business days. firejl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency. All transactions on the firejl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). firejl is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. firejl operates an anti-money laundering policy that requires withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. firejl reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for any withdrawal.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. firejl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. These Terms apply to all bonuses in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms. firejl reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that the wagering requirement has been met through low-risk or excluded game play.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. firejl reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, or placing bets that do not constitute genuine gaming activity.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will expire in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion. firejl is not obligated to extend bonus validity periods.

5.5 Changes to Promotions. firejl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. firejl will not be liable for any loss arising from changes to or cancellation of promotions.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the firejl Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, payments, and conduct.

6.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) games on firejl are independently tested and certified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in certified studio environments. firejl does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, firejl reserves the right to void any bets or rounds affected by the malfunction. firejl will not be liable for any loss arising from a game malfunction. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect display of winnings, the correct payout as determined by the game server logs shall apply.

6.4 Disconnection. firejl is not responsible for any loss of bets or game progress resulting from internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's side. Where a disconnection occurs during a live game round, the outcome recorded by the game server shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the firejl Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any player who discovers a bug must report it to firejl immediately and must not exploit it.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your firejl account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using firejl for any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your firejl account by any third party, including family members.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the firejl Platform or the experience of other players.

firejl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. firejl recognizes that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to those players seriously.

8.1 Available Tools. firejl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your firejl account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. firejl will notify you when your session limit is approaching.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of how long you have been playing and your net gaming activity during the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the firejl Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from gaming without permanently closing your account.

All content on the firejl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of firejl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the firejl Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the firejl Platform without the prior written consent of firejl.

The firejl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of firejl. You may not use any firejl trademark without prior written authorization.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, firejl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

10.2 firejl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your firejl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 firejl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. firejl makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform or its content.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude firejl's liability for death or personal injury caused by firejl's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

firejl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the firejl Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

firejl implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and firejl cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

firejl may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable law or regulation, including for anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing purposes.

firejl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where firejl makes a material change to these Terms, it will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the firejl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

firejl operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
